Pre-Order Information

Pre-order items currently have an estimated wait time of 3–4 weeks. Please note that we do not offer refunds on pre-orders.

Once stock arrives at our HQ, all pre-orders are fulfilled first. Any remaining items will then be made available on the website. To avoid missing out on your preferred items, we highly recommend placing a pre-order rather than waiting for restocks.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items:

• In-stock items will be shipped immediately.

• Pre-order items will be express shipped separately as soon as they arrive.
